我們常說神是愛，祂常保守看顧屬祂的人；但祂也是聖潔公義、恨惡罪惡的。我們因信靠主耶穌而與神的生命連結起來，生命中流露出來的，也必然是愛祂所愛、恨祂所恨。

- 「願一切事奉雕刻的偶像，靠虛無之神自誇的，都蒙羞愧。萬神哪！你們都當拜他。」（97:7 和合本）
